Main Tasks:
New Vehicles:
- Receive vehicles upon delivery from the manufacturer or in exchange.
- Inspect the vehicle for damage or theft incurred during transport and movement before arrival at the dealership.
- Report damages to the sales department and liaise with after-sales service to ensure the vehicle is restored for sale.
Vehicle Preparation for Delivery:
- Wash the vehicle exterior, clean the windows inside and out, and wipe the door stops.
- Apply wax to the body and polish the surface with non-abrasive products.
- Vacuum the interior to remove dust and debris.
- Clean trims, carpets, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Apply conditioners and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with stain-resistant products.
- Clean the engine and engine compartment using specialized cleaning equipment and various cleaning products.
- Use specific cleaners to remove foreign substances that ordinary cleaning methods cannot eliminate.
Used Vehicle Preparation:
- Inspect vehicles for visible defects such as dents, scratches, and tears in trims.
- Restore the appearance of the engine compartment, carpets, and trims.
- Apply tire dressings.
- Ensure the proper display of sticker labels on vehicle windows.
- Remove any unnecessary sticker labels from vehicles.
- Install wheel covers.
Yard Maintenance:
- Remove snow from vehicles in the dealership's parking lot.
- Arrange vehicles in the parking lot.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop.
- Park vehicles according to dealership guidelines.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for sale.
- Arrange vehicles in the yard or showroom to optimize visibility according to dealership criteria.
- Maintain the appearance of yard vehicles by cleaning them regularly.
- Remove snow from vehicles if necessary.
- Coordinate with the sales department to have vehicles washed or touched up if required.
- Keep vehicles in sale-ready condition.
- Wear appropriate safety clothing to protect eyes, hands, and body when handling hazardous products.
